Who operates this site

Agent Visibility Report is operated by Darkhorse Traders LLC, 7959 N Thornydale Rd #89792, Tucson, AZ 85752, United States ("we", "us"). Contact: info@agentvisibilityreport.com. The Service is offered in the United States only.

What we collect

• Free scan form: your name, brokerage, email, phone (optional), market, the links you add (website, Google Business Profile, Zillow, Realtor.com) and anything you write about what you want to be known for.
• When you pay: Stripe sends us your name, email, phone, the agent name, brokerage and market you enter at checkout, the plan and the amount. We never see or store your card number.
• Fix Plan interview: your answers, including your areas, client stories (we ask you not to name clients), the numbers you choose to share, review counts and links to your profiles (which may include social media profiles).
• Report data: the questions we asked, the AI answers exactly as returned (these often name other agents), the sources the answers cited, what public web search showed about you, and our scores and notes.
• Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address, mixed with a secret and the date, used only to stop abuse of the free scan; it changes every day and can't be turned back into your IP. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for security.

Where it comes from

From you (forms and interview), from Stripe (payments), and from public sources: the AI assistants' answers and public web search results about you and your market.

How we use it

To run your scan and build your report and Fix Plan; to deliver them and support you; to take payment and keep records; to prevent abuse; and to improve the Service. We email you about your scan, report or order. If you ran a free scan or bought, we may also email you occasional offers about the Service (for example a discount on the Fix Plan); every one has an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and you can opt out at any time. We don't send text messages or make marketing calls; we only call you if you ask us to.

AI providers

To run the scan we send questions about your market (including your name, brokerage and market) to Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT) through their business APIs. To write a Fix Plan we send your interview answers and report findings to Anthropic. These providers process the data to return answers to us. Under their published API terms, data sent through their APIs is not used to train their models by default. FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW: confirm current provider terms and data-processing agreements before relying on this sentence.

Who sees your results

Your report lives at a private link that only works once we publish it. Anyone you share that link with can open it, so share it carefully. Our small team, including partners who help us deliver the Service, sees your information to deliver and support it; some of them may work from outside the United States. FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW. Reports are never listed publicly or indexed by search engines.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your personal information and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers listed on our Subprocessors page, who process it for us, and when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW. We keep free-scan requests and reports for up to 24 months after your last activity, purchase and tax records as long as the law requires (generally 7 years), and then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your choices and rights

Email info@agentvisibilityreport.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to get a copy, or to delete it, or to stop marketing emails. We'll confirm your request by email and answer within 30 days. Deleting your information also takes down your report link.

California residents

FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW. If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete it; to correct it; and to opt out of its sale or sharing; and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. The categories we collect are identifiers (name, email, phone, hashed IP), professional information (brokerage, market, sales figures you share), commercial information (purchases) and internet activity (request logs). We collect them from the sources and for the purposes above, and disclose them only to our service providers. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. To use your rights, email us; you may use an authorized agent.

If you're named in someone's report

Reports show other agents' names exactly as AI assistants mentioned them in public answers. If you're an agent named in someone else's report and have a question or concern, email us and we'll look at it.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. See Cookies and Storage for the few things that are stored.

Children

The Service is for real estate professionals and isn't directed at anyone under 18.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access limited to our team, and protected by row-level security in our database. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Our other services

Darkhorse Traders LLC also operates KnockPlan (pre-foreclosure follow-up software for home buyers) and ListingTrail (home-tour software for real estate groups, agents and sponsors).
