- Tell us the truth in your interview; we write only from it.
Scan only with permission
Run scans and buy reports only about yourself, your own team, or an agent who has asked you to do it for them. Don't scan someone to embarrass, harass or compete with them unfairly.
No scraping or automation
Don't use bots, scripts or bulk submissions against the free scan or any part of the Service, and don't try to get around our limits. Don't try to access other people's reports or our systems.
No reselling
Reports and Fix Plans are for your own business. Don't resell them, offer the Service's output as your own product, or publish other people's reports.
Truthful information
Give accurate information. Don't ask us to write claims you can't back up (sales numbers, awards, designations, reviews). We'll refuse to write them.
Other agents named in reports
Reports show the names of other agents exactly as AI assistants mentioned them. Use them only to understand your market. Don't use reports to make claims about other agents or to contact them in a misleading way.
The law and your rules
Follow your state license law, your brokerage's advertising rules, MLS rules and Fair Housing law when you publish anything from your report or Fix Plan.
If these rules are broken
FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW. We may refuse or stop service, take down reports, and, where the rules are broken on purpose, decline refunds.
