All prices are in US dollars. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. We sometimes send discount codes by email; they apply only at checkout and can't be applied after purchase.
How payment works
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems. Stripe emails your receipt. Charges appear on your statement as AGENTVISREPORT.
Taxes
Prices don't include sales tax. We collect Arizona sales tax (transaction privilege tax) where it applies; Stripe calculates it from your address and shows it at checkout before you pay. FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW (and accountant): confirm which other states, if any, require collection.
Delivery
- Full Report: within 2 business days of payment (often much sooner), as a private link you can print or save as a PDF. A person reviews it before it's sent.
- Fix Plan: within 2 business days after you send your completed interview, added to your report with copy buttons and a Word download.
If we'll be late, we'll tell you.
Refunds
- Full Report: full refund any time before your report is delivered.
- Full Report guarantee: if your report doesn't identify at least 3 specific, fixable gaps in your public footprint (for example a missing area page, profiles that disagree, a generic bio), email us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the full $97. The guarantee is about what we find, never about AI rankings or mentions.
- Rebuild ($297) and Fix Plan upgrade ($200): full refund any time until you send your Fix Plan interview. Once you send it, we start writing and the charge is non-refundable. If anything in your Fix Plan is factually wrong, we'll correct it. FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@agentvisibilityreport.com from the email you paid with, with "Refund" in the subject. We reply within 1 business day.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we usually sort it out the same day. FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW: if a chargeback is filed, we may suspend access to the report while it's open.
